Summary: The generated packages should not have native version numbers
Keywords:

* kernel-pkg.conf (debian): reset the commented out value to show it can
  incorporate the version of the kernel being built. The packages
  generated are not debian native, and should not have a native
  numbering scheme.

* kernel/ruleset/misc/version_vars.mk (debian): Moved the calculation of
  the version number here. It really is both the upstream and the debian
  revision, despite the name. The default is now $(version)-10.00.Custom

* kernel-pkg.conf.5 (debian): Document that his is really the upstream
  and debian revision, and note the changed default value.

* README: Changed the default version of the packages generated

* kernel/docs/README: Ditto

* kernel/ruleset/misc/config.mk: Removed the debian version calculation
  from here.
